Beware of rogue companies offering
expensive bogus “services” Our
spas do not need servicing. Any work should only
be carried out by the original seller or factory
authorised service agent.
Otherwise your spa may
be damaged or warranty invalidated.
Beware of cowboy
companies with phoney “service lists” wanting
cash or credit card payment, and then trying to
sell you chemicals & accessories you don’t
need as well as fake filters. Some companies
just empty your spa in a portable pool then put
the same water back in, all to look as if they
have done something! If anything goes wrong you
then find out they have nothing to do with your
spa or manufacturer.
